Information we collect

A wedding enquiry may include names, contact details, preferred dates, guest numbers, wedding format, your message and limited attribution information such as the page or campaign that brought you to the form. Please do not include sensitive information unless it is necessary for the venue to understand a specific requirement.

Technical security records may include an IP address, request time and limited browser information. If optional analytics is enabled and you consent, the site may collect aggregated usage and campaign data.

Why we use it

We use enquiry information to respond, check availability, arrange a viewing, prepare a proposal and take steps towards a potential booking. We use limited technical records to prevent abuse and protect the service. These uses rely on taking steps at your request before a contract and on our legitimate interests in communicating with prospective customers and securing the website.

Who receives it

Information is available only to people who need it to handle the enquiry or maintain the service. The website and mail system are hosted by service providers acting on the venue’s instructions. Cloudflare Turnstile may be enabled as an anti-abuse service. Optional Google or Meta measurement tools load only when configured and accepted.

We do not sell wedding enquiry information.

How long we keep it

Unsuccessful or inactive wedding enquiries are normally retained for up to 24 months so the venue can follow up and understand prior conversations. Booking and financial records may be retained longer where needed for the contract, tax, insurance or legal claims. Security rate-limit records are short-lived.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or transfer of your personal information. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office. Contact the venue first if you would like us to resolve a concern.
